Students from Resurrection School made "War on Hunger" this week, delivering eight truckloads
of items to the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry on Friday afternoon.

Members of the Marin County, CA Youth Group have been featured in a YouTube video highlighting the good works of the
Society of St. Vincent de Paul. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul operates a free dining room and service center in San Rafael
California. It feeds and cares for the poor and homeless of Marin County. The Society's goal is to deal with that population's
inital emergencies and shepherd individuals into programs that can bring about lasting change in their lives.

Youngster donates pig to St. Vincent's. The Sacred Heart Conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Parker recently
accepted a gift from a young resident of Bouse. Cameron Anderson, a sixth-grader at Wallace Elementary School donated a pig for the

Vincentian Young Adult Convocation to take place in June. Part of living out a Vincentian education is performing acts of service
to others, especially the least fortunate of society. And in June, the National Vincentian Young Adult Convocation (NVYAC) will be hosting

High honor for St. John's student. Trimboli has dedicated much of his college career to the St. Vincent de Paul Society chapter
at St. John’s Queens campus. He served as president this past year. Members of the society have visited St. Mary’s Children’s hospital
to bring toys and host holiday parties for the kids. They have also held “senior proms” for residents at area nursing homes. Read More.....

Roger Bacon collects donations, volunteers, for St. Vincent de Paul - Cincinnati, OH. The school’s student St. Vincent de
Paul Society hosted the drive, setting out to fill the St. Vincent de Paul truck in three days. But the school
surpassed that goal, filling the truck in just two school days, April 28 and 29. Read More.....

Archbishop Mitty High School students visit L.A. Council. Today the students stopped by the Society's Cardinal Manning Center in
Skid Row, where half the group participated in an art project and helped prepare meals for the homeless, while the other half attended the
Council's store in Los Angeles to help sort books and assist in the production department.Read More.....
